About the project

Sunrise Residence — comfort and tranquillity on the southern slope

The complex sits on the southern slope of the Izgrev district. To the north it is surrounded by greenery, while to the south the view opens onto the sea, the lake and the city. At about 150 m above sea level and surrounded by greenery, the air is noticeably cleaner than in the city centre.

Five separate four-storey buildings are being built in stages on an 8,000 m² plot. The first two, with 56 apartments in total, already have Act 15, and the next one (entrance G, 17 apartments) is under construction.

The buildings follow the slope of the terrain and are stepped like terraces, so the homes get plenty of natural light — facing south, east and west. The city centre and the Sea Garden are about 10 minutes away by car.

The façades have 12 cm of thermal insulation with non-combustible mineral wool fire barriers and a mineral render finish. A dedicated photovoltaic plant will supply the common areas.
