Projects we build and sell ourselves

Prices are lowest at the rough-construction stage — the difference to Act 16 is usually between 10 and 20 percent. In return you take on the risk of delays, which is why we only build projects we finance and control ourselves.

Payment is spread over stages: a deposit on reservation, an instalment at Act 14, another at Act 15 and the balance at Act 16. The exact schedule is set out in the preliminary contract and does not change after signing.

Act 14 is the acceptance of the structure, Act 15 is the completed building with no remarks, and Act 16 is the occupancy permit. Only after Act 16 can you move in and register your address.

Yes, as long as the partition walls have not been built yet. Changes are agreed with the architect and written into the contract — with no hidden extra charges for moving a wall or a socket.

Yes. The statutory warranty periods run from Act 16 — 10 years for the structure, 5 for waterproofing and 2 for finishing works. We handle the warranty ourselves, not through a subcontractor.

We organise the setting up of the owners' association and offer maintenance of the common areas during the first year if the owners want it.
