Often, when people consider purchasing a property with a mortgage, they are held back by fears \u2013 whether they will manage to pay off the loan, whether it will strain them financially and whether it\u2019s really the right decision.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The truth is that owning a home brings far more advantages than risks. In many cases the monthly loan instalment can even be <em>lower<\/em> than the rent you would pay for a similar property!<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">A loan can be more beneficial than paying rent<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Many people are afraid to take out a mortgage, but in reality spreading the loan over 25\u201330 years makes the monthly instalments significantly lower.
